Pure Game Sports Network is a media and marketing company providing technology and services to high school athletic programs. Pure Game Sports Network sought Unosquare’s expertise in designing a software platform to propel them toward their ambitious goals. This collaborative venture involved thorough user research, melding insights with brand elements to create initial wireframes and high-fidelity designs.
The mission for this endeavor, aptly named Mapping, was to plan and design a sophisticated, user-friendly, and scalable platform for Pure Game. The objective was clear: convert the passion for high school sports into increased revenue, recognition, and recruitment for athletic programs. To achieve this, Unosqaure engaged in discovery meetings to understand business goals, product vision, and usability requirements. The challenge was to map out the scope, cost, and timeline before delving into the software build, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the project’s intricacies.
The Mapping process involved a carefully curated team, including a technical advisor, project navigator, UX designer, and opportunity explorer. Through meticulous preparation, Pure Game gained insights into the cost, timeline, potential new features, and maintenance requirements for their mobile application. High-fidelity mockups were created to visualize the app design.
This preparation empowered Pure Game to launch their product in Fall 2019, providing them with an accurate understanding of the resources required, allowing adjustments as needed, and refining the app’s look before committing to long-term agreements.
