Betacom installs and supports private 5G cellular networks for industrial clients to provide reliable, high-speed wireless service in their environments. However all support was done via phone calls to human reps, a system that was both too slow and too expensive.

unosquare worked with them to design and develop their new self-service support application which enables customers to monitor and maintain their own system, as well as escalate to Betacom personnel when needed. The platform integrates data about the system and users to provide seamless monitoring, management, and tracking.
