Choice Books Service representatives were dealing with aging physical scanning devices running on mobile MS OS to service stores. Unosquare provided UX, UI design, Development and User Research for a mobile application to replace the hardware. The solution also included bluetooth invoice printing and UPC scanning with the device camera. The client reported that since release, service calls have decreased, there have been no reports of hardware downtime and training costs were reduced.
Wellness Companion Mobile App
The spiritual fitness activity app was created to assist users in creating new mindfulness habits. Unosquare designed and developed the mobile application including an apple watch app. After initial release, user research informed refinement of current features and ideation of new features.
