Betacom provides private 5G networks for industrial environments, where speed, reliability, and control are mission-critical.
However, their support model depended entirely on human assistance via phone, creating inefficiencies and high service costs.
unosquare partnered to design and build a self-service monitoring platform that gave Betacom’s enterprise clients full autonomy over their systems. The solution provided real-time performance insights, proactive alerts, and escalation pathways to Betacom’s internal teams; all within an elegant, mobile-friendly interface.
